At The Wellness Hub, our PelviPower pelvic floor therapy is designed to help women regain strength, confidence and control during two of the biggest physical transitions in life: after childbirth and throughout perimenopause and menopause.
Many women believe bladder leaks, pelvic floor weakness and reduced core strength are simply a normal part of having children or getting older. While these symptoms are common, they are not something you have to live with.
PelviPower is a gentle, non-invasive treatment that helps strengthen the pelvic floor muscles using advanced electromagnetic stimulation technology, supporting better pelvic health without the need to undress or perform strenuous exercises.
What Is PelviPower?
PelviPower is an innovative pelvic floor training system that uses targeted magnetic field stimulation to activate and strengthen the muscles of the pelvic floor and deep core.
As you sit comfortably on the PelviPower chair, gentle pulses stimulate the nerves that control the pelvic floor, causing the muscles to contract and relax naturally. This helps to retrain the communication between the brain and the pelvic floor muscles, improving their strength and function over time.
The treatment is comfortable, fully supervised and performed while you remain fully clothed.

Frequently Asked Questions
Below are a few common questions we regularly get asked. If you have any additional questions, please get in touch and our friendly team will be happy to help!
Most women benefit from a course of 5–10 sessions, although your treatment plan will be tailored to your symptoms, goals and progress.
You will sit comfortably on the PelviPower chair while gentle electromagnetic stimulation activates your pelvic floor muscles. You remain fully clothed throughout the treatment, and a trained clinician will guide and monitor your session.
You may notice gentle muscle contractions and a tingling sensation as the pelvic floor muscles engage. The treatment should not be painful.
A typical PelviPower session lasts 15–20 minutes, making it easy to fit into a busy day.
Normal everyday clothing is suitable, and there is no need to undress.
Many women notice improvements over a course of treatments, with results continuing to build as pelvic floor strength improves. Consistency is key for the best outcomes.
