Nic has a friendly, goal focussed approach and a passion for patient centred care. She uses a combination of hands on manual therapy alongside addressing movement dysfunction and prescribing functional rehabilitation exercises to help restore function. Nic highly values the benefit of educating her clients to fully understand their condition and to play an active role in their rehabilitation and ongoing physical health.

Olivia is a qualified Sports Therapist (BSc Hons, MSST) with hands-on experience working pitch-side with women’s football teams. With a background in sport and a foundation in dance, she brings a deep understanding of movement, injury, and the recovery process — whether you’re training, performing, or simply trying to move more comfortably.
Chris Bacchus

Chris is a highly motivated Sports Therapist with a strong academic foundation and hands-on experience across a range of clinical and sporting environments. He holds an MSc in Sports and Exercise Therapy from London Metropolitan University, following a BSc (Hons) in Sports and Exercise Science from Leeds Beckett University, where he developed a deep understanding of sports performance, injury prevention, and biomechanics.
